There was a question submitted about the following notification:

Glance down a little lower still, at the entry in the CareLog:


When this call was entered, the user selected YES for Contact made.  They didn't enter a duration, so, for a call, it defaulted to 15 minutes.  The defaults are different based on the type of contact.  
Since the note was JUST entered, it calculates the last contact time (which includes the duration of 15 minutes) at 14m 42s in the future.  

The duration is really asking you for an estimate anyway, so you can probably safely ignore it, unless it's really off the mark.
